Super Seed Yogurt Bowl

I will never get tired of eating yogurt and granola. But sometimes I like to switch it up, adding a variety of nutrients through seeds and other crunchy super foods as a grain-free alternative to store bought granola. I like to make my own granola to limit added sugars – I’ll post a recipe for that soon!

Steps to the perfect yogurt bowl

1. Yogurt

    • greek yogurt
    • skyr

2. Sweetener (optional)

    • honey
    • agave

3. Fruit

  • berries, pomegranate seeds, kiwi, banana, chopped apple, peaches

4. Crunch

    • chia, flax, hemp, sunflower, pumpkin seeds
    • cacao nibs
    • coconut flakes
    • homemade granola
    • slivered almonds, chopped walnuts, pecans, peanuts
